- Promote good stewardship and conservation
Butterfly Life Cycle: Students experience the magic of Metamorphosis through movement and learn the important role butterflies play in pollination, plant growth and sustainable food sources.
Bird is the Word: Students learn to identify birds by sight and sound. They learn about migration and why the Rio Grande Valley is such a special place.
Bug Hunt: Students learn about the insects that live around us. Students can learn about animal habitats while exploring the gardens.
Reptiles: Meet our scaled friends and learn about what butterflies and reptiles have in common.
With advanced notice, we are always happy to incorporate additional topics, relevant to the subject matter, that support classroom goals.
